Sereni Homes – House Rules

To ensure a pleasant and comfortable stay for all our guests, please take a moment to read the following House Rules.

By confirming your reservation at Sereni Homes, you agree to comply with these rules throughout your stay.

Failure to do so may result in the immediate cancellation of your reservation without refund.

1. Check-In & Check-Out

• Check-in: 2:00 PM
• Check-out: 11:00 AM
• Requests to extend your stay must be made at least one day in advance at reception.
• Guests arriving after 8:00 PM must notify us in advance so our team can assist with late check-in.

2. Guest Registration

• Upon arrival, all guests are required to provide a copy of their passport or national ID and complete a guest registration form.
• Our receptionist will assist you with check-in, provide a brief tour of the apartment, and explain how to use the appliances.

3. Housekeeping

• Our housekeeping team is responsible for maintaining cleanliness.
  Please inform reception of your preferred cleaning time.

4. Safety & Security

• You are responsible for your personal belongings and valuables.
  Sereni Homes is not liable for any loss, theft, or damage.
• Always lock doors, windows, and balconies when leaving the apartment.
• Weapons, flammable materials, explosives, or items with strong odors are strictly prohibited.

5. Smoking Policy

• Smoking of any kind is strictly prohibited inside the apartments.
  This includes cigarettes, e-cigarettes, shisha, marijuana, and incense.
• Visitors are not allowed after 10:00 PM. Unless communicated to reception in advance.
• A $750 cleaning fee will be charged if smoking occurs inside the apartment.

6. Pets

• Pets are not allowed in any Sereni Homes property.

7. Visitors

• All visitors must be registered at reception.
• The number of visitors must not exceed the apartment’s maximum capacity.
• Visitors are not allowed after 10:00 PM.

8. Use of Facilities & Appliances

• Additional cooking or electrical appliances are not permitted without prior approval from management.
• Do not move furniture, kitchenware, or decorations between apartments or to outdoor areas.
• When leaving the apartment, please turn off lights, air conditioning, and water taps.

9. Energy & Water Conservation

• Close all doors and windows when using air conditioning.
• Do not leave the AC running when you’re not in the apartment.
• Use water responsibly and avoid unnecessary waste.
• Do not dispose of wet wipes, paper towels, or sanitary items in toilets — use the provided bins.
• Guests who cause plumbing damage will be responsible for repair costs.

10. Parking & Unauthorized Guests

• The apartment is reserved only for registered guests.
• Unlisted individuals or unauthorized vehicles are not allowed on the property.
  Violations may lead to immediate cancellation of your stay and towing at your expense.

11. Damages & Deposits

• Guests are responsible for any intentional or accidental damage to the property or its contents.
• A security deposit may be required upon check-in and will be refunded at check-out if the apartment is left in good condition.

12. Quiet Hours

• To ensure everyone’s comfort, please observe Quiet Hours from 9:00 PM to 8:00 AM.
• Excessive noise or disturbances may result in warnings, police involvement, or immediate termination of your stay without refund.

13. Complaints & Emergencies

• Any issue with your apartment should be reported immediately to reception.
  We can only address problems that are reported during your stay.
• If a situation cannot be resolved directly, the matter will be referred to the local authorities.

14. Cancellations & Refunds

• Once you have checked in, your booking is considered complete and non-refundable.
• Early departures or cancellations are not eligible for refunds, except in extenuating circumstances, such as:
• Government travel restrictions
• Declared emergencies or epidemics
• Military actions or hostilities
• Natural disasters

Sereni Homes reserves the right to terminate any reservation immediately without refund if these House Rules are violated.
